I have been dealing with Defence Pest Management for quite a while now and I dont think you could find a more professional outfit . From the time your call is answered to the completion of any necessary report , everything is efficient. The technicians appointed to my inspections are clearly well trained and their time on site to do the job professionally was impressive. I like that I get a reminder each year that “It’s treatment time again” Not only do I use them for Annual Pest treatments but without a doubt , Id use these guys for Building and Pest if I was ever to purchase a property because they wouldnt miss a trick .

Just had the treatment so I can’t comment on effectiveness yet, but Tristy has great at finding a time for the treatment and Brett was great when he came around, talking through the different treatment techniques and what to expect. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again anytime soon, but can definitely recommend.
